About The Game Haven
Located at 5570 Airway Rd, Riverside, OH 45431, The Game Haven operates as an other place serving Riverside in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as trading card store, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Places that do not fit a cafe, bakery, tea, breakfast or nearby-store category land here: tourist attractions, parks and museums with a cafe on site, and unrelated businesses that came in through an import or a Google Maps match. Attraction cafes usually keep the venue's hours and may require admission to reach, so check before making the trip; park kiosks and museum coffee counters are often seasonal. Other listings are kept so that an old address or phone number still resolves and can be re-filed into the right category later.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 12–9 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach The Game Haven at (937) 252-5635; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is thegamehaven.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 349 reviews, which is a strong result for an other place in Riverside and suggests consistent service.

This place is a nerd's paradise. I took my son in to get the missing original 151 Pokemon cards and we are in luck able to add the missing Pokemon for cents each. Then the DND merch, minis, paint, anything you can think of, they've got it. We will be coming back again soon!

We stopped in looking for One Piece and Loracana tcg cards. Was pleasantly surprised by their One Piece Booster pack selection. They had quite a few Loracana cards as well. The Pokémon Pinball is really neat!

Super clean store. Very nice displays. Always has a good selection of Pokemon sealed cards. Prices can be a little high on some of the sealed products, but at least you can see them in person as opposed to buying from Amazon or eBay. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have.

So, I came in for their board game night after having the place recommended and was, unfortunately, fairly let down. It was no fault for the store so much as the community around the store seems to be uninterested in the events being had. I felt so bad for the clerks that they were trying to run a one piece tournament, but the majority of people there didn’t want to play in it. I was the only one who came for the board game night. Everyone else was playing the One Piece TCG but didn’t want to do the tournament. But the store itself was about a mid-tier stock with quite a bit of video game stuff right as you walk in. I could reasonably find anything that I could want for cards or DnD. They had a fair few popular nerdy board games along the walls and all the way back. They sell 40k stuff but I didn’t see any ongoing games or people playing. They have a great drink selection! Bawls are being sold here. They don’t have a tab system so unfortunately it seems that people in general don’t hang out here unless they bring in people. I stopped during the week so I would imagine it would be quite different on the weekend. The service was very good. I opened a tab only for the other clerks
